You may return unworn, unused jewelry in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return

We’ll send you step-by-step instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
Please use a trackable shipping method (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
